BioCoat 2 is a transparent coating and suitable for application on all non-porous surfaces. BioCoat 2 forms a permanent monomolecular layer on the surface, refines the surface and protects it against the aging process.
Usage
BioCoat 2 is suitable for all non-porous materials, both indoors and outdoors.
Applications for BioCoat 2 include:
- Window glass
- Ceramic tiles
- All precious metals such as stainless steel, copper, bronze, brass, etc.
- Plastics, trespa

Application Instructions
The product should only be applied by approved Coastal Coatings Partners. Application by any other party will void the product warranty.
Condition of the Substrate
Surfaces must be dry and free of grease. Pre-clean with BioClean Natural or BioClean Liquid for the ultimate end result.
Application
BioCoat 2.0 is supplied as a finished product.
Depending on the substrate, BioCoat 2 can be applied with a microfiber cloth or with a spray gun with a variable nozzle. The water-repellent performance of the substrate depends on the amount applied to the surface and is substrate-dependent.
BioCoat 2 must be applied at an ambient temperature of + 5°C to + 35 degrees Celsius and a relative humidity between 30% – 80%.
Apply BioCoat 2 in dry conditions. Average coverage is approx. 15 ml per m2.
During application decant small amounts from the original container into the application container. BioCoat 2 Glass/Ceramic is finger-dry after approximately one hour and fully cured after 2 days
